After your payment is completed, your order will first appear as Pending while it is reviewed. Once approved, the order status will change to Approved and it will be prepared for shipment.

When your order ships, the status will change to Shipped. The carrier name, tracking number, tracking link, and available estimated delivery details will be added to your customer account so you can follow the shipment. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order is marked Shipped and tracking is not available after 48 hours, or if you need help with delivery, contact support and include your order number.

Return eligibility, timeframes, and condition requirements will be published here by the store owner.

Exchange availability depends on stock and item condition. Contact the shop before returning an item.

If your package or item arrives damaged, contact support as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help you with the next steps.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and clear photographs showing:

• The damaged item
• The shipping box or mailer
• The internal packaging
• The shipping label

Keep the damaged item and all original packaging until our review is complete. Please do not discard the packaging or return the item before receiving instructions from support. Once we receive the required information, we will review your case and provide the appropriate next steps as quickly as possible.

Review your delivery address carefully at checkout. Contact the shop as soon as possible if a correction is needed.
